This is an Application and Agreement for credit and shall apply to any and all credit extended by Fastlane Americas Inc.
The credit applicant understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale:
The customer/owner hereby acknowledges and agrees that all invoices for service are due and payable within thirty (30) days of delivery of the merchandise, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, and that interest may be charged on all overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per month, or 24% per annum. No terms and conditions of a purchase order which are different from the terms and conditions set out in this application will become part this contractual agreement.
All claims against invoices must be made within 60 days after receipt of service.
Our policy is not to issue original copies of any supporting documentation.
NSF cheques will be subject to a $ 25.00 charge.
